For new members:
The Business Networking Group was founded to help bring together members of our Faith Community to help one another to be supportive and advisory to the unemployed ("in transition") or to the entrepreneurs and small business owners out there. During these difficult economic times, there are many that have been affected by the employment crisis. Those are the ones needing help the most. Our members consist not only of those that are in transition, but also those that are willing to share their business contacts, coaching expertise, or professional experiences. The strength of the group lies in the number of participating members. Our Faith Community is full of people with all sorts of connections and experience to share, and it is our goal to bring them together. We can do this with as much effort as coming to a monthly meeting, or as little as reading the emails to see if someone can be helped. Our meeting formats begin with informal introductions, followed by roundtable networking where we can help each other by sharing possible leads and insight to help others in transition. Our meetings are open to everyone, from administration, to laborers, professionals, managers, and executives in all industries. Guest speakers are always welcome.
Remember, it is about who you know… so come expand your network with us!
Our next meeting is:
Thursday May 20th at 7:00 pm
SMOW Parish Hall (below the church)
7033 N. Moselle Avenue
